Adrian J. Ford is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Ford has taught in both the public and private sectors of education. He holds a dual Bachelors of Arts degree in Music from Morris Brown College with concentrations in Choral Conducting and Music Composition. Also, he holds a Masters of Arts in Music Education for Liberty University. Mr. Ford is currently pursuing options for a Doctorate in Music Education from regional area schools. He is currently the Director of Music and Worship Arts at Hoosier Memorial United Methodist Church located in the city. His primary instrument is piano with a secondary emphasis in cello. Currently, he is an itinerate teacher serving the Atlanta Public School system at both Maynard Jackson and North Atlanta High Schools. He has faithfully served Clayton County Public Schools system for the 2014-2016 School years until he was offered the opportunity to transition to Atlanta Public Charter Schools system. Mr. Ford is currently the Orchestral and Strings Studies Coordinator for Maynard Jackson High School and the Keyboard Studies Coordinator at North Atlanta High School.
